Something truly unique to Paradisaic is that we assign a dedicated foreman to oversee each project, ensuring their presence and collaborating with the crew on-site every day. This means your home renovation is being thoroughly and expertly supervised at all times.

We want you to have peace of mind when the project is completed. Our services include a two-year warranty on all workmanship and five years for decks. Additionally, individual materials and finishes are accompanied by their respective warranties.

It’s common for customers to request amendments along the way. Since we have a very systematic approach utilizing our CPA (Comprehensive Project Assessment), we have the capacity to easily make adjustments throughout the journey.

Daily site clean-up routine

Ensuring a tidy work area at the day’s end keeps your home welcoming and livable. We dedicate the final 30 minutes of each day to cleanup, prioritizing order, organization, and safety for your family. It's one of our distinguishing trademarks, assuring your satisfaction.

Our pricing may seem higher at first than most contracting companies for one simple reason: our pricing has NO unwelcome surprises. Putting a low estimate together with only general details and material costs is easy but leads to disaster. Upon finalizing the assessment, we compile the CPA, outlining every aspect of the project down to each component and allocated budget. The end result: no surprises, and best of all, a clear plan for every stage of the project!
