Something truly unique to Paradisaic is that we assign a dedicated and consistent foreman to oversee each project, ensuring their presence on-site every day to collaborate with the crew. This means your home renovation is being thoroughly supervised every moment of every day. 

Protecting you with our guarantee

We want you to have peace of mind when the project is completed. Our services include a two-year warranty on all workmanship and five years for decks. Additionally, individual materials and finishes are accompanied by their respective warranties.

It is common for customers to request amendments along the way. Since we have a very systematic approach utilizing our CPA (Comprehensive Project Assessment) we have the capacity to easily make adjustments throughout the journey.

Our pricing is generally higher than most contracting companies for one simple reason. Our pricing has NO unwelcome surprises. Putting a low estimate together with only general details and material costs is easy but leads to disaster. As the project proceeds and unestablished details arise, costs begin to skyrocket not to mention the customers stress levels. This is simply unacceptable.

Through our Comprehensive Project Assessment (CPA), we invest the necessary time with you to grasp your project’s vision and expectations thoroughly. We engage in multiple rounds of discussion to ensure all details are covered. Upon finalizing the assessment, we compile the CPA outlining every aspect of the project, down to each component and allocated budget. End result—no surprises and best of all, a clear plan for every stage of the project.
