We break down every aspect of the project so you know exactly what you are getting. If you decide to remove an item, you will know exactly how much that will reduce the overall cost—full transparency.

When we have all our information in place, we produce a building scope that can often be 20-30 pages in length. This includes: all the details, materials/finishes, steps involved, timeline, and highly detailed selections budget. We take the time to review carefully each detail with the homeowner making any required amendments along the way. Our customer will know exactly what they will receive before they commit to the project. This completely eliminates undesirable surprises—giving our customers a deep sense of comfort.

Having a detailed CPA in place safeguards you as a customer and sets you up for a favourable experience. Paradisaic firmly believes that delivering a positive experience through the entire process of the home renovation is essential.

In-house interior design

We know the role of the interior designer is very important. However, a home renovation is made up of a lot more than aesthetics. The design needs to work and flow in concert with the rest of the project. Paradisaic works against the grain of the norm of home renovations. We strongly believe that contracting and design should be a team effort.

We brought an expert designer in-house to streamline the overall experience. You still receive highly creative and beautiful design but since the designer works hand-in-hand with our planners and team members, we have the distinct advantage of ensuring the design works seamlessly with the construction process—no unpleasant surprises.

Involving our designer through the entire planning process is highly efficient and a better way to manage your overall budget from getting out of control. If issues arise behind the scenes, we deal with them together without conflict. Having a renovation completed can be stressful enough for a homeowner—we are confident that this service will minimize that stress.
