We just completed a kitchen renovation with Paradisiac and they were an absolute pleasure to work with! From beginnig to end, their expertise and professionalism was highlited daily. No cut corners, no cheap work arounds – everything was done properly with the highest level of craftsmanship. When Tamara and I decided to finish our basement, we turned toward Ben Shelley and his crew at Paradisiac Building Group. We first met Ben 6 years ago when he built and designed our deck. From our first meeting we knew we had made the right decision. He walked us through the project from start to finish and within 10 days had drawings for us to look at and approve. We just finished our kitchen renovation and had a great experience working with the Paradisaic team. We have had 3 excellent experiences with Paradisaic. Our first was the beautiful deck in our back yard. It essentially turned a boring subdivision backyard into an outdoor entertainers dream. It gave us so much more room to entertain & enjoy our -not so tiny anymore-backyard. Needless to say when we decided to finish our basement we knew exactly who to call.
3rd time also did not disappoint. Our basement reno is so amazing, I honestly want to move down there! The bathroom is stunning, complete with heated floors and tons of lighting. When I bought my condo I knew I would want to update the master bath and with it being a condo I knew I had to hire a reputable company. This is where Paradisaic Building Group came into play. The whole process from the initial meeting, to the demolition, followed by the construction was seamless, completed on time and on budget. Everyone was courteous, accommodating and professional. This company knows how to treat their clients. We built a large deck last summer, and the designer helped us choose the perfect layout for our backyard. It wasn’t easy … we went through at least 10 designs before we came to a decision, but this was all done before we had even committed to a contract. There are contractors out there that won’t return your phone call even after the down-payment. That’s what you pay for with Ben’s team. We’ll use them again without question, so I don’t hesitate to recommend them.
Our kitchen designer @sparrowlane connected us with Ben and his team…and from the very first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Their tagline ‘don’t hire just anyone’ speaks firsthand to their company culture. Lots goes into planning even before the crew starts on the jobsite. Ben’s team was always accessible from the office manager to the project manager to the team themselves. We always knew what was happening and when and were guided through all decisions. I have engaged with this company multiple times over the years for many different types of home renovations and each time, I was more than 100% satisfied with craftsmanship, attention to detail, care to maintain the property, project updates, the professionalism and friendliness of the workers and of course, the project price.
