I would personally like to thank you and commend you, your company and your excellent crew for the recent deck replacement and upgrade that Paradisaic Custom Decks completed for me in May 2010.
As you were well aware, with my deck, I had many disappointments and “trials and tribulations” with the previous contractor that originally built it. You certainly listened to my concerns and ensured that this time, by using Paradisaic Custom Decks, the mistakes, poor workmanship and other atrocities made by the previous contractor would not be repeated.
I am writing this letter to personally thank you for a job well done! Your company exceeded my expectations! Your honesty, integrity and “above board” attitude initially impressed me when you visited and provided me with a quote for the job. I am very glad I chose your company this time! To be very honest, I should have chosen your company back in 2004 when the deck was originally built!
I have to honestly say that your crew is a force to be reckoned with and the best that I have experienced in this industry. Particularly, I would like to acknowledge and recognize Dean and Greg for their spectacular workmanship and attention to detail. Not once did they try and rush through the job and “cut corners” (no pun intended). From every angle cut on the deck boards and trim to the excellent construction of the corner box planter and bench, it is evident that they take pride in and are meticulous in their work -- it clearly shows!
This is not only a letter of thanks and praise but an offer to use me as a reference any time. I am finally proud and pleased that I have a top notch deck that I can now truly enjoy this summer. I can guarantee you that I will tell everyone who visits and sees the deck that it was Paradisaic Custom Decks in Bowmanville that built it. Word of mouth goes a long way and I hope to get you more business. I also invite you to bring potential clients to see your company’s exceptional workmanship first hand.

The interlock in front and in back and the beautiful deck you built has without doubt exceeded our expectations. When we first planned the project , I was a little nervous about choosing a company to do the work. The horror stories of shoddy workmanship and unethical contractors naturally makes one suspect of all contractors, even though the unscrupulous ones are in a minority . I am pleased to say that your company has dispelled my misconceptions and I would be only to happy to give you my highest recommendation.
